Collection by our forwarding agent (voluntary additional service) in the event of cancellation only takes place after photos have been submitted in advance

If the seller offers the customer the collection of goods by a forwarding agent as an additional service within the scope of a cancellation, this service can be made dependent on the customer submitting meaningful photos of the packaged or transport-ready state of the goods in advance. The customer's right of withdrawal is not restricted by this and can be exercised in any manner described therein. The customer therefore remains entitled to return the goods independently.
