GAS SPRINGS
Thanks to the gas pistons, opening and closing the bed requires almost no effort and can be done with minimal force. The specially designed system and gas pistons ensure the process is nearly silent and self-assisted.
HANDLE & FEET
When the bed is opened, the sturdy feet automatically unfold with a single movement and can support up to 400 kg. They can be individually adjusted to slightly uneven floors thanks to the height-adjustable feet. An elegant, robust black metal handle completes the modern design.
UPHOLSTERED FRAME
The anthracite-colored upholstered frame surrounds the slatted base and mattress, giving the open bed a modern and appealing look.
3 SHELVES Additional shelves integrated into the bed provide space for items you need in the morning and evening, such as your alarm clock, mobile phone, a few books, or even pictures of your loved ones.
PREMIUM MATERIAL
The wall beds are made of high-quality chipboard (16/22 mm) from the German manufacturer EGGER and impress with their superior quality. All components have fully finished edges, including on the back. Edges beveled at a 45° angle prevent the ingress of moisture and dirt, thus ensuring hygiene, stability and durability.
MATTRESS
The Murphy bed fits a mattress of 160 × 200 cm with a maximum height of 22 cm and a recommended weight of 20–40 kg. The available internal space between the slatted base and the back panel is 24 cm.
SOFA
The SMARTBett Murphy Bed Sofa is specially designed for the M3 Murphy Bed and is the perfect combination of comfort, functionality, and elegant design. It allows effortless opening and closing of the Murphy bed within seconds – without having to move the seat cushions.
Before opening the bed, only the standing back cushions need to be removed. The seat cushions remain in place and are lowered easily using an integrated lifting mechanism with a loop. After closing the front, the cushions can be returned to the seating position just as easily.
Thanks to high-quality upholstery and durable polyurethane foam, the sofa provides excellent seating and comfortable lying comfort.
The Murphy bed sofa is available in the timeless colors Dark Anthracite and Light Sand Gray and can only be used in combination with the SMARTBett 160V M3.
