Details about the Murphy Bed
GAS PRESSURE SYSTEM: High-quality, 2-stage gas pressure springs allow for almost effortless and silent opening and closing of the front. The lifting system used in this model is legally protected under No. W.131958 [WIPO ST 10/ C PL131958U].
PREMIUM MATERIAL: The piece of furniture is made of EGGER chipboard (16/22 mm) with a scratch-resistant melamine coating. All components are fully edged; 45° bevelled edges effectively protect against dirt and moisture.
STABILITY & FEATURES: A permanently installed slatted frame and fold-out, 1 cm height-adjustable metal feet guarantee a firm stand. Three integrated shelves on the back wall provide practical storage space for books, alarm clocks, or mobile phones directly at the sleeping place. Three ventilation holes in the lower area also ensure optimal air circulation and a permanently pleasant sleeping climate, while three click straps serve for easy fixation of the mattress and bedding.
MODERN LOOK: A modern black metal handle and the anthracite upholstered frame give the bed a high-quality look when open.
MATTRESS REQUIREMENTS: Suitable for mattresses up to 22 cm height. The total available interior space between the slatted frame and the back wall in the Murphy bed is 24 cm. For optimal spring function, a mattress weight between 15 and 25 kg is recommended.
Details about the Sofa
LIFTING MECHANISM: The seat surface lowers gently via a special mechanism using a loop. It is not necessary to remove the seat cushions – only the back cushions must be set aside before opening. After closing the front, the seat cushions can be just as easily returned to the seating position – also via a loop.
AVAILABLE ARMREST VARIANTS:
With armrests (set of 2, right & left) available in 2 sizes: narrow - 11 cm (55 x 72 x 11 cm each) or wide - 26 cm (55 x 72 x 26 cm each)
Wide: 26 cm in 3 variants: fully upholstered, with pull-out drawers, or with storage space under a hinged lid
Usage note: The sofa is specially designed for the M3 system. It can only be mounted together with the Murphy bed and does not have its own free-standing function.

The Murphy bed must be securely anchored to a solid, load-bearing wall.
